Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures


Southwest Side
The southwest side will be used during the hours of 7:15-8:15 a.m. and 2:00-3:15 p.m. as a bus pick-up lane and for daycare providers only. No other vehicles, other than Ashland Ridge staff members, will be allowed to use the drive at that time. Daycare students will report to the community center to meet with daycare providers before leaving. Students who ride district buses in the morning to other schools will also be picked up on the southwest side of the building.

East Side
Any non-bus student may enter or exit the building using the east doors. Students may wait in the entryway for their rides. We ask all parents to come get their student(s). Please enter the parking lot on the northeast side and exit on the southeast side of the parking lot.

Students Who Arrive Before 7:55
All students who arrive at school before 7:55 a.m. will report directly to the gym. There will be no adult on duty before 7:30 a.m.

After School Procedure
After school students are to leave immediately. If you have an emergency, please call the office and the student may stay there until your arrival.

Special days at Ashland Ridge
When we have special occasions at Ashland Ridge, parking can be a problem. On these days (fall and winter parties, Valentine's day, concerts, etc.) you will be able to park in the east parking lot, playground parking lot, and the city parking lot across the street on Ash Drive. Please do not use the southwest parking lot.
