2012-2013 Kindergarten Registration

 

Kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2012.

 

If you have a child who will be five years of age on or before September 15, 2012, please plan to attend kindergarten registration at your neighborhood attendance center. Due to increased enrollment at the elementary level and limited space, parents are encouraged to enroll their eligible kindergartners on February 2^nd. No registrations will be taken prior to February 2^nd.  

A complete set of necessary registration forms will be available online after January 11^th. If possible, please bring all completed forms to the registration meeting. The forms will also be available at the elementary that evening. Along with the forms, please bring proof of birth date along with a copy of the child’s immunization records to the registration meeting.

 

The registration meeting is for parents only. We ask no children attend this meeting.

“Are students permitted to bring e-readers to school?” Yes. Due to the fact that e-readers are storage devices, our current handbook policy does permit students to bring them to school. Please keep in mind that all items must be downloaded at home and the school is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged e-readers. E-readers being used at school may only be used for “reading” purposes. The use of e-readers are subject to the district’s acceptable use policy. If you have any questions regarding the policy, please contact the school office.
